I live near one store, but work near another - can I use my package or membership at both locations?
Of course! You can use your package or membership at any Tanfastic location. At Tanfastic, we call it - Tan When You Want, Where You Want! Not all locations offer same equipment, please see salons for details.

What are your specials?

Do I have to have an appointment?
No appointment necessary! For your convenience we tan our clients on a first come first serve basis.

Is tanning safe?

How do I know if the beds are clean?
We use FDA-approved cleaning and disinfecting solutions after every customer's tanning session. Once we have thoroughly cleaned the bed we reset it in the computer, so there is no chance you will be sent to a dirty bed!

What should I wear in a tanning bed?
You will be tanning in a completely private room, so feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in.

How old do I have to be to tan?
Anyone over the age of 14 can tan with us at any of our locations, with the following exceptions:
- People under 18 years of age have to have one of their parents/guardians come in with them to sign a parental consent form.

What do I need to bring with me if I want to start tanning at Tanfastic?
- If you have never tanned with us before, you will need to bring a valid picture ID with you.
- If you are under 18, you will also need to bring a parent with you.
- We also require you to provide a credit/debit card or voided check if you plan to sign up for our convenient Sun Club membership!

Why am I always asked if I have eye protection?
State and Federal Law both require that you wear proper protective eyewear when tanning. We sell both regular and temporary eye protection at each of our locations. Also, your eye lids are too thin to block out the UV rays.

Why would I need a tanning lotion?
Moisture and nutrients are lost during the tanning process, tanning simply dries out the skin. Tanfastic exclusively sells the finest indoor tanning lotions. The lotions deliver premium skin care that hydrates the skin while delivering vital nutrients needed to accelerate or maximize your tan. Using a lotion could increase the result of a tanning session up to 30-40% depending on skin type and condition.

How much are Sunless Mystic Tan visits?
Single Mystic Tan visits are $25, but packages are available with additional savings. Visit the locations page or come to your nearest salon for more information about Sunless Mystic Tan visits. Check our specials page for current offers.

Will my skin look orange if I use your Sunless Mystic Tan?
Not at all. The Sunless Mystic Tan gives you a very even natural looking tan!

If I tan in the Sunless Mystic Tan can I also tan in tanning beds?
Yes, in fact, we highly recommend our Tanfastic Cocktail. Our cocktail is for $39 you tan in our instant 650 then right after go into the Mystic. Ask a Tanning Consultant for more details.
There is nothing in the Mystic Tan solution that would prevent you from tanning in a tanning bed. In fact, a number of clients have found that tanning with UV rays and sunless tanning actually gives them a better overall tan. If you plan to use a tanning bed and the Mystic Tan in the same day we recommend you tan first then do the Mystic Tan!
